Generator Staor normally with large size which over 200mm and if design stamping tooling directly, the investment on tooling is very expensive and mostly the quantity of each project is not huge, so a low cost stamping tooling method has been designed to stamp generator stator which stamping for every strike only stamp each single teeth; The Process of Generator Stator and Rotor Core as below:
1. Cut Raw material sheets to rectangular shape which leave about 10mm margain with stator OD
2. Stamp generator Rotor ID Holes which is also positiong holes for all single teeth; Also Stator OD can be stamped in this process;
3. design many set of single teeth stamping tooling; one set tooling only stamp one type of geometry, for example, stator teeth, magnets holes, ventilation holes etc...
4. Use customs rotation stamping machine to stamp generator stator teeth one by one;
5. Stamp magnets holes one by one;
6. Stamp generator rotor ventilation holes one by one;
7. Laser cut 5mm or 10mm cover plate on both side plate to improve flatness
8. Do lamination with customs lamination Fixture;
9. Compress whole stator stacks with high pressure compressio machine;
10. Do laser welding OD Stator OD to do stacking;
11. normally the generator rotor are laminated with rivet pins by tight assembly;
